Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Tender Breast Along With Negative UPT? 

Im not trying to get pregnant but i had sex on the 17th of june (he didn t cum) my last period was on the 6th of june amd my sycle is 28days. I have regular period . Im due for my period july 4. 7 days before my due date I started to spot with cramps (27th june) .This went on for days then eventually stopped. I didn t see symptoms of menstruation (like sore and full breast) Now im 2 days late and my breast is a little sore. I recently lost 8kg in 1 month. Strip test says negative still. Im confused. Can i be pregnant?

Hello,
You had the sexual intercourse during your fertile or ovulatory days. It is not necessary for ejaculation to occur; even the pre-ejaculate contains enough sperm to cause conception. The spotting could be an implantation bleed since you missed a period. Home pregnancy tests read well when performed 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. Another factor to be considered is the sudden weight loss and this also can lead to hormone disturbances and subsequent menstrual irregularities. Please get further investigations to clarify.
